guide on HOW TO plcae an ORDER at Exotic Aquatic Pet Store
Step 1 – Browse our Shop
Go to our shop and choose the items you wish to purchase and add them to your cart.
Step 2 – View your Cart
Click on the cart icon at the top right of the screen, review your items and make sure they are correct. Click **Proceed to Checkout.**
Step 3 – Billing and Shipping Information
Fill out your Billing and Shipping Information. Please check the Shipping to a different address box if you are shipping to an address different than your billing address. After your first order as a member, your information will auto-fill so please make any changes now if your information has changed.
***Please be advised orders that are shipped to the wrong address due to incorrect shipping information will not be reimbursed***
Step 4 – Place your Order
Please read the Terms and Conditions, agree by checking the box and click on **Place Order **
Step 5 – Send Payment
Exotic Aquatic Pet Store® accepts all major payment methods for online orders, including Zelle, CashApp, Apple Pay, Venmo and PayPal.
After order has been placed, an email or text shall be sent to containing our account for your preferred means of payment.
- Make your payment directly into our Account with your Order ID e.g. “ORDER#6795”.
- After completing payment, submit a snapshot to us via Text or email: * for payment confirmation.
NOTE: If no Email or Text Message is been sent to you 30 minutes after placing your order, kindly get in touch with our sales representative via email. sales@exoticaquaticpetstore.com
